Hi Timo
Groups are called Distribution Lists on the Kolab web admin, just log in to 
this and add the users uid (probably their email address) to the distribution 
list. Not sure if you are talking about shared email folders or shared samba 
folders, but both are possible. With email folders, just go to shared 
folders, and add the GID (probably sharedfoldername at yourdomain). Samba is a 
bit more tricky, have a look at the samba site for LDAP config.
