imap-2004 ?

Hi

I have a small question.
I looked at the src rpm's and found an imap-2004d-2.4.0_kolab.src.rpm

Can someone please explain me why it is provided?
I thought the cyrus provides all mail-services, so I am a little bit 
confused :(
