Kontact doesn't retrieve free and busy

Hallo Kolab experts

I have a little problem receiving free/busy information using Kontact.
Kontact Version is 1.2 using KDE 3.5 on a SuSE 10.0.

I checked the freebusy-troubleshooting.txt but didn't find an answer to
my problem. I tried the url in the browser and it worked fine. As a tail
the logs (access, error and freebusy.log) I don't see that kontact try
to retrieve freebusy info.

Does someone have an idea what this problem is?
