kolab 2.1 beta 1 setup problem

hmmm - i've done a:

wget -m -nd -np 
http://ftp.belnet.be/packages/kolab/server/beta/kolab-server-2.1-beta-1/ix86-debian3.1/

is the binary release missing something ? should i use the source ?
