kolab not receiving internet email

Apparently not because I get "could not open connection to the host." How do
I configure it to receive incoming connections?

-> Firewall is not an issue (currently don't have one; will very soon though)
-> Kolab server set to accept internet mail (the box "Accept mail from other
domains over non-authenticated SMTP" is checked)

Thanks!
Alan

Is TCP port 25 configured to recieve incoming connections from outside your
firewall ? - try:

telnet "yourexternalipaddr" smtp from a box that is outside you network...
