Creating Calendar folder via IMAP directly?

Given that I just use Cyrus::IMAP::Admin to create it, I doubt that the
annotation is correct to begin with. However, kmail offered to set that
correctly upon first sync (and in fact, the folder ended up being a "real"
calendar folder) - that's why I first thought I'm in the clear. It went
wrong the second time round, after a reboot/re-login sequence.

I'll look into setting that right from within the script, though - thanks
for the hint!
