Shared folders with sub folders

Not too sure about the subfolder issue, but there are always people looking to 
do exchange migrations, please feel free to add to 
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kolab2_Migrate_from_an_other_mail_system if 
you have some useful tricks!
