Thanks to everyone who helped out, especially Andrea Soliva with the complete 
howto! I have tried to translate and adapt as best I can on the wiki[1]: 
please could anyone interested in this follow the howto and report any 
problems? I can assure you that once it is working the amount of spam you 
receive drops dramatically!  Also, gurus - please feel free to edit any of my 
mistakes, this was made from memory after installing.
