(I'm assuming an OpenPKG based installation)

You have to provide more details about which kind of system you
have: Are processor type and operating system (including version)
identical?

If they are:
1. Install kolab on the new system using obmtool
   (bootstrap isn't needed)
2. I recommend to stop your running kolab server
3. Use "rsync -avPH" to copy the /kolab directory to the new system

Otherwise you have to provide more details.
