It seems to try and load razor, but gives some interesting messages:

Razor2 is installed with kolab's cpan (opa /kolab; cpan; install 
Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Razor2)
So not sure what exactly is going on! does dbg:plugin:registered mean it is 
now running?
