Prioritizing Mail Delivery by Message Size

Kolab Server has postfix inside,
I suggest looking for postfix based solutions.
One quick idea: 
Set up a second postfix that delivers only on flush.
Set up a fork based on message size into that postfix instance.
Run cron that does a flush at night, thus triggering delivey.
