Upgrade procedure of Kolab components

Basically it boils down to /kolab/bin openpkg rpm -Uhv package.rpm.

In some case you must in addition follow our update guidlines provided with 
the release of a rpm.

In addition if you can afford it it is wise to shutdown kolab during the 
update procedure.
