fbview: error retrieving free/busy information

Hi,
I work with a kolab2 server and a webserver with horde (two physical
different server).
now I want to use free/busy but I can't retrieve the information.
error msg:

Error retrieving free/busy information for fbechstein at netzeteam.de: Unable
to read free/busy information from
https://mbreuer:XXX@kolab2test.netzeteam.de/freebusy/fbechstein@netzeteam.de.xfb

i read wiki and bug and supportforum, but didn't find a solution.
some ideas?
