Recompile/Rebuilding Apache and PHP with MySQL support.

Cheers Fabio... just exactly what I needed. It works perfectly ok. I
only needed 3 packages to work with MySQL, Apache an PHP.
I also noticed that I have to copy the "obmtool" that came with Kolab2
package to location I am compiling from.
The Horde installation was successful and quite straight forward.
