imap migration

Hi Guys,

I just tried to reconstruct a cyrus imap storage I saved from a regular 
(non-kolab) cyrus installation. 

I just copied the imap folders from the previously existing user into the 
spool directory of the kolab user, where the kolab user has the same name. 

Then I followed these instructions:

especially:
kolab-r at mykolabhost$ /kolab/bin/cyrreconstruct -rf user/user at mydomain.com
with the according substitutions...

but without success. 

Has anybody of you ever reloaded an imap folder back into kolab? How did that 
work? 

I'd be full of gratitude for some hints :-)
