Your mail is confusing and inconsistent. 

On one hand you mention that the mail from the internet arrives well but Kolab 
_incorrectly_ tries to deliver via 66.147.99.250.

In the other hand you ask how to enable delivering mails via 66.147.99.250.

Please make up your mind, draw some ascii art and then rephrase your problem.

Please always strips log files to the relevant parts only!
