Duolicate messages and forward them to clients

There are many possible solutions.
You could give your two clients read rights to the one folder,
if you do not want to deal with invitations this way.

You could add an alias to Kolab Server's postfix.
You could add a sieve script to the user that copies the email and leaves
a copy.
