Kolab V2 on Centos 3.6

I am trying to find out how to setup a Kolab server using the redhat 3.x server rpms from ftp://ftp.zfos.org/brew/kolab/BIN/kolab-20040503-2.1.0/ix86-rhel3/ but cannot find any instructions, has anyone done this ?
