How to update Kolab 2.0 > 2.0.1? Dangers?

Hi,

I would like to update my running Kolab 2.0 to 2.0.1.

- How do I update a configured system? I don't want to risk going 
without Kolab for a while, since it is use for our office.

- Which files should be backed up before?
