installing fetchmail from release/2.4/SRC/

I guess those were old packages shown in the wiki so here i go again:

[root at server install]#wget -nd -np ftp://ftp.openpkg.org/release/2.4/SRC/fetch*.rpm
.......(I cut some crap here)
[root at server install]#wget -nd -np ftp://ftp.openpkg.org/release/2.4/SRC/config*.rpm
.......(I cut some crap here)
[root at server install]# openpkg rpm --rebuild config*.rpm
.......(I cut some crap here)
Executing(--clean): env -i /kolab/lib/openpkg/bash --norc --noprofile --posix -e /kolab/RPM/TMP/rpm-tmp.47185
+ cd /kolab/RPM/TMP
+ rm -rf config
+ exit 0
[root at server install]# openpkg rpm -Uhv --force config*.rpm
1:config ########################################### [100%]
[root at server install]# openpkg rpm --rebuild fetch*.rpm
Installing fetchmail-6.2.5-2.4.0.src.rpm
error: Failed build dependencies:
config is needed by fetchmail-6.2.5-2.4.0
[root at server install]# openpkg rc all stop
OpenPKG: stop: spamassassin, amavisd, apache, clamav, dcron, imapd, postfix
OpenPKG: stop: proftpd, kolabd, sasl, openldap.
[root at server install]# openpkg rc all start
OpenPKG: start: openpkg, openldap, sasl, spamassassin, amavisd, apache, clamav
OpenPKG: start: dcron, imapd, postfix, proftpd, kolabd.
[root at server install]# openpkg rpm --rebuild fetch*.rpm
Installing fetchmail-6.2.5-2.4.0.src.rpm
error: Failed build dependencies:
config is needed by fetchmail-6.2.5-2.4.0

Isn't rpm -Uhv enough to install the config package ??
