kolab_bootstrap on debian

Well, I changed

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain kolab

to

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.1.100 kolab.localdomain kolab

And restarted the whole building process. But I'm not quite sure if this 
was the point, because in my desperation I tried many little 
configuration changes which I can't reproduce by memory ;)
