The postfix log seems to indicate emails that you want to send out,
not emails you want to receive.
If you want to receive emails that have a different destination
from your maildomain, you need to rewrite them and make sure postfix
accepts them. Check the postfix docs for this.

Your postfix wants to deliver an email to roland.harke at gmx.de and the gmx server
refused to accept it, because you are probably coming from a dynamic ip-range
which they are blocking.
If you want to deliver email to them you probably need to get a static ip
or use an SMTP (smarthost) from your provider to relay the messages.
