Yes, I have restarted kolab, but no help.

>In addition please check if the LDAP database is broken.

>A simple /kolab/bin/db_recover will help in this case.

>(The fact that slapcat hangs tells me that most probably my assumption is
>correct assuming that you use the kolab slapcat.)

Also, I have tried db_recover. it returns:
db_recover: Finding last valid log LSN: file: 1 offset 28
I have setup up kolab environment in .bash_profile. But just to be sure I am
using the right slapcat I run "which slapcat" and returns /kolab/sbin/slapcat

Thanks,

Subject: Fedora Yum update killed openldap

Hi all,
I did a yum update on my Fedora 3 and after rebooting, the kolab server didn't
work. I can't login through Horde and when I try to login to kolab/admin I get
"Could not bind to LDAP server: Can't contact LDAP server".

My /var/log/messages has:
"Mar 2 21:27:00 srv1 kolabd[14175]: Y Error: Unable to authenticate with
Cyrus admin interface, Error = `'"

Also when I do slapcat the system just hangs.

There were a lot of updates. Here is the list:
