sent-mail, drafts and trash folders with kmail (3.4.0 Kubuntu) and kolab 2

I have successfully installed Kolab 2 and have configured Kmail to talk to the 
the kolab 2 server using the kolabwizard wizard. The question I would like to 
ask is: Is there a way to get sent-mail, drafts and trash to be part of the 
imap resource rather than Local Folders? The inbox is created but not these 
other folders.
