Thanks Bernhard and Bernhard,

I found a solution with the error.

i set only in the amavisd.conf the use a syslogger from 0 to 1. i use 
syslog-ng as standard syslogger. after that i dont get this problem. yes if 
forgot the bootstraping but now it works well. i use gentoo.
maybe i dont saw the bootstrap into any of the wiki´s.
