access rights for shared folder

Hm, but if I create a subfolder in Outlook, it won't be a global shared 
subfolder.

E.g. I have a folder shared.test. If in Outlook I create a subfolder 
shared.test/test2 it will be located there, but on the IMAP server it's 
in INBOX/shared.test/test2.

Is there a way to create global subfolders easily? I want to use this 
feature after switching to Kolab2 and I can see my colleagues 
complaining right now, that subfolders created there won't be shown to 
anyone else (automatically).
