Look into the /kolab/etc/postfix/master.cf
there should by an -allow-unauth
in the options to kolabpolicy.

a) check it is there. If not, try to reset the allow internet email option
and restart kolabd.
b) If you still have problems, add a "-v" to the options and
watch the logfile to see why kolabpolicy or postfix is rejecting
your sender.
