Messed up my kolab 2.0 system?

Most likely, the IMAP folder is still there (in mailboxes.db) but the actual 
directory got removed. Quick and dirty solution:

1. make sure that the IMAP server knows about the folder (in cyradm: 
listmailboxes *projekte*)

2. if the folder exists from within cyradm, re-create the directory manually 
inside the imapd directory structure

3. copy the files cyrus.cache, cyrus.header and cyrus.index from another 
directory into the re-created directory

4. change the owner and group of the directory and the cyrus.* files inside to 
kolab-r

5. now you should be able to remove the folder with cyradm. If not, make sure 
that the user manager has the required privileges (cyradm: listacl, setacl)
