No and this is REALLY REALLY bad it means you are running an open relay, you 
MUST take this away immediatly, you will ne dup on every blacklist there is 
on the internet if you use that setting.

the accept internet email is sufficient for what you want, leave the ohter 
empty, your problem lies elsewhere
