Kolabv2 Final adding users via cli

Hello List,

The adduser script in /kolab/libexec/kolab directory works perfectly 
once you comment out everything about the Quota.
I did not dig too deeply as to why the quota portion was causing the 
exit before a user was added, but removing those nine lines took care of 
it. The last Quota section of 3 or 4 lines was the problem, but I took 
out all sections regarding quota since it was not being adjusted anyway.
