some other information that you may wish to provide that those considering 
making an offer may find useful is:

 - where you are in the world (e.g. i wouldn't bother with a European client 
due to being in Western Canada; i already deal with timezone hell enough as 
it is without adding to it, and i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks this 
way ;)

 - aprox. how many users in how many locations this will be for. while this 
probably won't matter to everyone, some consultants do try and target groups 
of a certain size. some concentrate on SMBs, some only go after larger 
installations.
