Presentation problem in html mails after reception

Hi Steffen,

Thank you for your reply, please find attached two mails that show the 
problem.

The both have been sent by the same SMTP, the first was received by my account 
at free.fr and the second by my account on my kolab server.

The only difference between the two mails is in the HTML part, in the second 
one the dots before the css classes have been removed.
