problem bootstrapping Kolab2-beta1

Hi all.

I am trying to get Kolab2 (beta1) running on debian (v3.1, testing).
Compilation seems to be fine, but when I try to do
> /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap -b
I get
> Can't locate URI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: [...])
> at /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab_bootstrap line 16.
> BEGIN failed--compilation aborted [...]

I can find the file URI.pm two times:
in /kolab/[...]/Regexp/Common/URI.pm and
in /kolab/[...]/XML/[...]/Reader/URI.pm,
but both files differ.

I don't know nothing ;-) about Perl, so please can someone point me to a
solution?
