Howto delete a kolab zombie user?

Hi,

after transferring a testing kolab server onto a real world server I notice 
that I can't delete one of my test users cause it has a wrong (old) 
kolabDeleteflag included in his ldap structure. So I want to delete this 
zombie by hand. Can someone give me a procedure for this? I have problems how 
todo authentification with ldapdelete or GUIs like kio_ldap or luma :-}
