hint: mysql for horde on NPTL-systems

As I said before, I use Kolab2 on a 2.6.10 Gentoo server with NPTL (threading) 
enabled. If you want install Mysql via openpkg this fails triggered by the 
missing liblinuxthreads. According to the Gentoo forums you have to insert in
/usr/include/pthread.h 
the line 
  /* Linuxthreads */
and mysql compile and runs fine.
