Send messages to shared folders

it seems we still do not have a good patch in to allow posting to this folder.

Now you get past the postfix recipient checks. Good.

Two possibilities: 
a) The shared folder account was not properly created.
Check for existence of the folder 
in /kolab/var/imapd/spool/domain/example.com/

b) It does not have posting permissions.
Try setting anyone to "p" with cyradm.
