I am not such a big fan of rewards like this,
as if there is real work poured into it, then such a reward
(flight and 1000USD) is only a lousy pay.

On the other hand, if someone would put out an award,
I would welcome it. 
My aim with the Kolab Konsortium is, to build up a financial
framework that actually as specialisted professionals doing the work.
Most of the hard work is quite boring, but without it, there 
are no stable versions.
