Permissions on /kolab/etc/resmgr/resmgr.conf

I assume you also configured it?
Were there any error messages during kolab_bootstrap -b ?

Something else is wrong, this file should not be world readable.
postfix will normally started as a user that can read that file.
Did the openpkg install part create kolab kolab-r and kolab-n uses
correctly within the system?
