Groups in Kolab and Horde

Currently the concept of a group in Horde is different and entirely separate 
to that which Kolab uses - it does seem rather confusing, unfortunately. 
Horde has had the concept of a group for far longer than Kolab has, and they 
are actually more comparable to Kolab's distribution lists than Kolab's 
groups.

But again, currently there is no link between Kolab's distribution lists and 
Horde's groups, although this is a feature that may be integrated at a future 
point.
