Kolab2 installation error: obmtool:ERROR:bootstrapping failed

Greetings!

Downloaded Kolab2 sources from
http://www.erfrakon.de/mirrors/ftp.kolab.org/server/development/current/

did an "./obmtool kolab" it started downloading
openpackage source rpm and sh then it started
compiling until it stops with this error:

configure: error" c++ preprocessor "/lib/cpp" fails
sanity check
see 'config.log' for more details
