Priviledged networks

I need a little help in specifying my internal network in Proko2.

I have localhost set at 127.0.0.0/8,  now what is the notation for specifying 
all stations internal? 192.168.1.0/?

Sorry for my ignorance.

Also, should Outlook be able to send email thru Proko2 without any connector? 
I intend to install Toltec, but want to get my Kotact clients working first.
