Toltec LDAP Address book.

When I go to load outlook with the Toltec Address book enabled it
keeps popping up with this error.

LDAP search failed.  Error Code 0x20.
Please check the search base and search string in the configuration settings.

Under connection and server information I have my servers IP address
and under search options for Search DN:  I have 
dc=hostname,dc=domainname,dc=org
for Search String:  I have (mail=*)  and then Deep Search is checked. 
I tried combinations for the various options and nothing seems to
work.  Any ideas?
