Which ZfOS Kolab version is stable?

I'd like to install ZfOS Kolab on a Fedora 2. On their site I find 3 
different version:
- kolab-1.0.14-20031126
- kolab-20040217-2.0.0
- kolab-20040503-2.1.0
Which version is to be considered stable? Is there any document that 
covers the installation process?
