Installing Kolab2 on "Sarge"

First you have to bootstrap the openpkg environment. This is done by 'sh
openpkg***.sh'. By adding '--prefix=/path/to/install --user=kolabuser
--group=kolabusergroup' you can specify the path for installation and the
user and group "connected" to the server.
This shall create the whole directory for kolab. Then just follow teh
instructions given after each step.
