Use /kolab/sbin/slapcat to get a copy of the ldap database. You can use slapadd
to reload the database.
If you are running zfos kolab or kolab2 you can just use $ctl_mboxlist -d > myfile.dump
to backup the cyrus mailbox list and use the same utility to recreate the mailboxes.db
file...
Of course backing up everything in /kolab/var/imapd/spool/ as well...

Do you have an extra machine? I would suggest doing a dry-run first before deleting
your old Kolab. (I guess it depends on your environment)...
