Please firstly download obmtool and obmtool.conf from 
http://www.erfrakon.de/projects/kolab/download/mirrors/ftp.kolab.org/server/development/current/sources/

Then run sh -x ./obmtool kolab in order to update your installation.

After that lets continue to hunt down your problem.
