migrating from courier-imap to kolab

I have a small server with a few users on it, running 
courier-imap/squirrelmail.

We'd like to move the mail back-end to kolab (but still have squirrelmail 
pointing to the imap server) but we need to move these users' mails to 
kolab/cyrus-imap.

Is there a good way of doing this?
