Martin, so what is the URL expected to work on Kolab 2?

If I use https://mustermann@kolab.osp-dd.de/freebusy/mustermann.xfb
then I can authenticate and get the content of an existing file. However I
expected it to work with Webdav as well.
Using webdav://mustermann@kolab.osp-dd.de/freebusy tells me:

"An error occurred while loading webdav://mustermann@kolab.osp-dd.de/freebusy:
The file or folder webdav://mustermann@kolab.osp-dd.de/freebusy/ does not exist."

The authentication is correct. If for example the password is the wrong one,
I get a messagebox telling me so.

apache-error.log says:
