Newbie / Kolab installation

Hello,

I recently discovered Kolab and would be pleased to run it.

I'm new to Linux so it is a little bit difficult even if I have some
books and tutorials.

I can't find where to download the latest stable version (for RedHat9).
There are some many versions.

Also, I would like to know where to create the /kolab folder (80 GB
IDE). In /kolab, /root/kolab, /home/kael/kolab or in another place ?
