Problems installing on FC2

Hello everyone
I am having problems installing on fedora core 2:

I downloaded everything from 
ftp://ftp.kolab.org/kolab/server/development/current/sources/ , then ran 
./obmtool kolab (after doing chmod 755 obmtool)
This is the error I got:
obmtool:NOTICE: did not find openpkg/rpm executable. Checking/fetching 
binary sh.
obmtool:ERROR: bootstrapping failed

I have no idea where to even start with this, can anyone help?
